Jenessa Bingham Cox is from North Carolina and graduated from NC State University where she received her BA in Psychology. Her professional experience includes more than 13 years of working with mental health and intellectual/developmental disability programs. In addition to advocating for animals and mental healthcare, Jenessa enjoys painting/crafting, outdoor adventures, cultivating succulents, and reading to children in her spare time. Her favorite joke is: “What did one strawberry say to the other? If you weren’t so fresh, we wouldn’t be in this jam!”
