Jill Elliot grew up in upstate NY on a diary farm. She moved to NC in 2002 and started a family, raising her children in Holly Springs. She graduated from the University of Phoenix where she earned her BS in Business Administration. With over twenty-five years of executive operations experience, Jill has had the privilege of serving in diverse industries, including healthcare, behavioral health, pharmaceuticals, and hospitality. Prior to joining HANDS, Jill held several key leadership roles, including Director of Operations at Biogen, where she played a pivotal role in building the infrastructure for the launch of a groundbreaking new drug. She also served as the COO for Liberty Healthcare, overseeing operations that supported Medicaid beneficiaries, and as the CEO of Structure House, a residential treatment program dedicated to transforming lives.
Throughout her career, Jill has been driven by a shared mission among these organizations: to make a profound, positive impact on the lives of others. Jill says it is both a humbling and rewarding experience to be a part of the initiatives that empower individuals to reach their fullest potential. She is thrilled to bring this passion for meaningful change to her work at HANDS, where she continues to work towards creating lasting, positive transformations in the lives of those we serve. Along with her professional accomplishments, Jill is an avid hiker. She loves to spend time with her family on the water at the lake. To incorporate some of her past farm life into the lives of her children, her family raised chickens in Holly Springs!
