Kathryn Miller Dove is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive work experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for more than three decades. Prior to joining HANDS, Kathryn was the Program Director at the Meredith Autism Program. She held a multitude of leadership and teaching positions, developed the autism program and an inclusive preschool, and provided training and oversight to BCBA candidates while at MAP. She also worked as a contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for Patterns Behavioral Services and Learn with the Best ABA School.
Kathryn grew up in Wilmington, NC and received her BA in Psychology from Meredith College. Kathryn went on to earn her MA in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University in West Chester, PA. Before completing her Master’s thesis, she completed a nine-month internship at the Lovaas Institute For Early Intervention in Los Angeles, CA under the direction of Ivar Lovaas in 1998. Kathryn joined the HANDS team in October 2020.
