About

Alaina Gray grew up in York, PA and moved to North Carolina in 2018. She graduated from Wake Technical Community College where she earned her AA with certifications in Early Child Development. Alaina taught preschool before she found ABA and began the process of becoming an RBT. Alaina became a lead RBT and helped to train others before transferring to the administrative team. She joined the HANDS team as a Scheduling Coordinator, where she loves to support the clinical team from behind the scenes. In her free time, Alaina loves reading, writing, or any creative outlet. She thinks it is important to be in nature, so she tries her best to spend time at the mountains and beach.
