Jessica Nettnin is from Rochester, NY and moved to NC in 2017. She graduated from East Carolina University, where she earned her BA in Psychology. Jessica later received an M.Ed. in Special Education with a concentration in ABA from George Mason University. Jessica worked as an RBT for four years in clinics, at client’s homes, and in schools with children aged 2 to 14. While completing her master’s program, Jessica completed several hundred hours of supervision working towards becoming a BCBA. However, after completing her coursework, she decided to go a different direction in her career. Jessica worked on the intake team at HANDS for a year and a half, assisting with answering questions about ABA and helping our families through the process of starting services. In her HR role, Jessica enjoys having more interaction with our staff. Jessica spends her free time reading, listening to audiobooks or podcasts, spending time with her fiancé and their orange cat, or building Legos!
